2007 Domaine Dujac Morey-Saint-Denis Blanc Brighter, fresher lemon colour than the Chablis. Bouquet a little reticent, citrus, some bread and vanilla, steely with some river pebbles and chalk. Nice, racy acidity in the mouth, good focus and precision. Flavours citrus, yellow fruits, river stones, with some mealiness, not very complex. Pleasant enough, a little straightforward. As a Villages-level wine, perhaps reflecting the vintage, lacking a little power and concentration. Drink now or in the next few years.
