Domaine Isle Saint Pierre Mediterranee Rose 2022 Ripe strawberry. Fruity nose that gives an elegant in-mouth texture, with hints of red fruit and dried fig with a lingering fresh taste. This rosé wine is a blend of ‘saignée’ and directly pressed wines.To obtain a fresh wine with a strong and vivid color a special care is given to the pre-fermented maceration in the elaboration of both types of wine according to the different grape varieties used in its production.  The slow fermentation lasts about four weeks at a stable temperature (16 to 18°) There is no malolactic fermentation.
