The grapes are expertly squeezed, fermented, and filtered to create a 10% ABV wine, after which the alcohol is skillfully removed through vacuum distillation at 40˚Celsius. Following fining and filtration, ad-justments are made to C02 and SO2 levels, culminating in a cold sterile filtration just before bottling. This very attractive pale pink sparkling wine with persistent bubbles opens with the de-lightful aroma of wild berries like raspberry and strawberry, accompanied by floral notes and tropical fruits.
