As it usually is this is the biggest and most powerful of these 1ers with excellent mid-palate concentration that does not compromise the fine delineation of the detailed and wonderfully punchy finale that delivers outstanding persistence. Like the Goutte d'Or this is not a wine of finesse but it compensates with its fine power, depth and length."
