This is Ludwig Bindernagel's inaugural wine (BB1 = baby one), a blend of 80% Chardonnay and 20% Savagnin made in an ouillé (topped up, non-oxidative) style. Sunwarmed florals, intense citrus and stony minerality play very nicely together in this delightful cuvée.
