Thibaud Boudignon, Savennieres "Clos de Fremine" , 2023 (Pre-Arrival ETA 6/10)

Thibaud Boudignon planted this single vineyard in 2015 on the former monastery site adjacent to his acclaimed "Clos de la Hutte." The Possonnière lieu-dit produces Boudignon's most concentrated Savennières from 100% organically-farmed Chenin Blanc. This Bordeaux native launched his domaine in 2009 with just 3.5 hectares in Anjou and Savennières. Clos de Fremine represents his newest vineyard project, showcasing the schist and volcanic terroir that characterizes this distinctive Savennières site.
