“Nuova Descriptio” is an experimental blend of organically farmed Sauvignon Blanc, Sauvignon Gris, Chardonnay, and skin-contact Aligoté. Each variety is fermented separately with native yeasts and aged in amphora, foudre, or old barrels. The 2023 is unfiltered and bottled with minimal sulfur. A layered, textural Vin de France white that blends freshness with mineral clarity.
