Alphonse Mellot’s La Moussière 2023 is a flagship Sancerre from over 30 hectares of biodynamically farmed, south-facing limestone marl soils. The Mellot family has grown Sauvignon Blanc in this site for generations. Hand-harvested, gently pressed, and fermented in a mix of stainless steel, concrete, and neutral oak, the wine is aged on lees for 7–8 months. It’s mineral, structured, and vibrant—a precise expression of Sancerre’s elite terroir.
