The Picpoul for this wine coms from Terra Alta vineyard in Clements Hill, Lodi. Native yeast fermentation, aged in stainless steel, unfined and unfiltered, minimal sulfur at bottling. A bit more body than the typical version from southern France, this wine is bright and citrusy with a pleasant creaminess on the mid palate.
