Perhaps the winery’s most famous bottling composed of 60% Nero d’Avola and 40% Frappato from the best parcels in the Fontane area of Vittoria. Aged in Slavonian oak botti for 24 months followed by two to three years in the bottle before release. Dark berries and citrus peel mingle with earth, leather and minerals, simply profound.
