Flaco Tempranillo is sourced from high-elevation vineyards just outside Madrid, in the San Martín subzone of the Vinos de Madrid DO. These old vines grow on granitic soils at over 750 meters, yielding bright, lifted fruit. The 2021 is aged in stainless steel and neutral barrels to preserve freshness and typicity. A clean, unoaked expression of Tempranillo, made for easy drinking with everyday meals.
