Native yeast fermentation and aging in concrete, foudre, and 17% new oak preserve purity and texture. Bottled unfined and unfiltered with minimal sulfur, the wine is rich yet focused. Dark berries, violet, and spice ride over fine tannins and mineral tension. A structured, cellar-worthy Rhône blend.
