M5 is made up of mostly Grenache Blanc, with varying quantities of Roussanne, Viognier, Marsanne, and Picpoul Blanc coming from the Los Olivos District and Happy Canyon of Santa Barbara. Each component is fermented separately in neutral French oak barriques and puncheons and aged on the fine lees for 8 months. Notes of honeysuckle, white peach, and lemon curd brightened by juicy acidity.
