One-of-a-kind Wheat Whiskey from the Wolverine State. An industrious man named E.K. Warren built an innovative factory in Three Oaks, Michigan in 1883 (no original Oaks left, though). He started making two things that are still immensely popular: buggy whips and corsets. His revolutionized the manufacturing process and made his village a global phenomenon. About 120 years later, a lad named Bill Welter traveled to Scotland to learn about golf but found a lifelong friend instead: Greg Ramsay. They fell in love with Scotch Whisky and spent some time in Greg's home country, Tasmania, to learn everything one can about the precious Spirit. In 2010, Bill and Chuck Welter bought the middle section of E.K. Warren's old factory, renovated the place and established the Journeyman Distillery. The very next year, distilling started and now, it's high time we tasted the Whiskey born by Lake Michigan. This very expression is called Buggy Whip Wheat Whiskey and it's a homage to E.K. Warre
