VHW Chardonnay Cask Finished Whisky

A light, crisp, and summery combination of Scottish and Virginian Single Malts. The Blue Ridge Mountains of central Virginia are better known for Moonshine and renegade distilleries. Virginia Distillery Company is changing all that. The late Dr. George G. Moore moved arrived in Virginia from Ireland in 1970 where he raised his family and dreamed of making Whisky. In 2011, that dream become a reality when he founded Virginia Distillery Company with his wife, son, and daughter-in-law — who continue to run the operation.
