To create these coasters, we used an array of earthy colors with a kick and did an acrylic pour over each marble piece. Each coaster was then treated with two coats of resin, which not only protects and seals in the acrylic, but also adds a brilliant shine. The resin can withstand up to 135 degrees, so there's no worries about putting your cup of piping hot coffee on them. How satisfying it is to have a little piece of art to set your cup on!
