Part of the new Infrequent Flyers independent bottling company from Alistair Walker (son of the legendary Billy Walker) this single cask, single malt hails from an undisclosed distillery on the remote Orkney Isles. Matured in a single hogshead cask for 16 years, this dram is rich and rounded with whiffs of burnt heather, rich honey and a slight salty tang on the finish.
