Carob Bean Pods Ceratonia siliqua   USES: Carob Bean pods are used just like cocoa and chocolate chips. It can be ground into a powder to give your recipes a cocoa flavor, or used whole just like chocolate chips, or used in coffee and teas.  Carob is naturally sweet, unlike cocoa.
