The primary high pressure seal in Flow’s 40k psi Husky intensifier rod packs. Tough HDS White PTFE flexes under load to hug the ¼ inch ceramic plunger, holding a bubble tight seal.  Related Products: Direct Drive Seal Carrier (013517-1) — precision pocket that houses the dynamic seal. Direct Drive Seal Carrier Back Up Ring (008612-1) — rigid ring that supports the HDS seal against extrusion. Rod Seal Nitrile 5⁄16 ID × 9⁄16 OD (A-00720-31) — installs behind the dynamic seal to keep oil out of the water end. U-Cup Seal ¾ in ID × 1 in OD (A-10654) — completes the three seal stack in the Husky rod-pack. Husky 40K Minor Maintenance Kit (406017) Service tip: always fit a fresh back up ring and lightly oil the plunger when installing seal 006747-1. Replace at the first hint of rod pack weepage to keep the intensifier delivering full rated pressure.
