The bands of this fidget ring are interlocked together so you can fold, flip, or twist the two rings around each other to calm any anxiety or help you focus on the task at hand. At about 3mm wide, the stacked bands create a stunning statement on their own. Choose the solid metal color options with full gold or full silver, or match all your jewelry with a gold/silver mixed metal moment. This fidget ring works best when worn on the opposite hand.
