Sarracenia leucophylla 'Hurricane Creek White' clone f x (readii x 'Schnell's Ghost') pitcher plant

Description:  S. readii x 'Schnell's Ghost' is slender and one of the tallest plants in the nursery during the fall.  S. leucophylla 'Hurricane Creek White' clone f is fat and ultra-white as well. The new leaves on these seedlings emerge pink or peach colored and mature to white and green.  We're keeping a keen eye on these every September; it is likely this will be bright-white at the top of the leaves and large-growing. Each one of these lovely seed-grown plants are genetically unique and special.   Pitcher Plant Care: Plant in full sun to part shade outdoors. Use peat moss and perlite in a very large planter and keep it wet. It loses its leaves in the winter. Cold hardy to 20F in a pot and 0F in the ground. All plants will ship bare root, without pots and soil.
