Electric start 3 inch, 8mm primary belt drive kit. Includes 1.2 kilowatt re-manufactured starter motor. Fits Big Twin 4 speed models 1970-1978. Manufactured by Belt Drives Limited for unsurpassed quality. Kit contains race proven clutch pack, which features Barnett Kevlar round dog fiber plates, and special aluminum pressure plate with springs and shoulder bolts. One piece, CNC-machined billet aluminum motor plate features a double row sealed bearing for maximum strength on the main shaft. The starter ring gear pocket is recessed into the plate and the starter housing is ddesigned to cover most of the open area of the gear. A side guard is held in place with hex stand-offs and button head allens. Also include a special starter gear. The 4 speed kit is designed for use with ratchet top transmission.
