These tasty Mt. Lassen Trout fillets are sustainably farmed in the fresh water springs near the foothills of Mt. Lassen in Northern California. Each order contains two 6oz portions. Sushi-grade. Arrive fresh with skin on.  Try these pan seared with some premium EVOO, sea salt, and cracked pepper for a delicious dinnertime treat. These fillets are meaty and flavorful on their own, so you don't need much more than that to dress them up. Great with some rice or couscous on the side, and a fresh salad or roasted farm fresh veggies.
