Polygem Armorcoat

ARMORCOAT is a 100% solids epoxy that is ideal for the gel coating of most surfaces including EPS and other foams. ARMORCOAT  will cure into an extremely strong durable “hard-shell” plastic that can be sanded and painted. Armorcoat is solvent free so it won’t melt, distort or dissolve foam surfaces. ARMORCOAT is specially formulated to a creamy smooth consistency that can be applied by brush, roller and even sprayed. ARMORCOAT can also be used as a high-strength bonding or laminating adhesive. Armorcoat may be thickened to a paste consistency with Polygem Thickening Agent. Application Instructions:  Thoroughly blend equal amounts of the part A and Part B by volume until streak free and uniform in color.
