The app is designed to send alerts to selected contacts by push notification, including the user's location at the time the pepper spray deploys or when the in-app alert button is pressed. A real-time geotracking feature continues to monitor the user's location following the initial help alert. Upgrade to premium with the paid subscription option and the SABRE Personal Safety App will also send an alert to a 3rd party monitoring service who can call first responders on the user's behalf.
