Vegan Chocolate Raspberry Fudge

We start this beautiful batch by cooking our Chocolate Fudge to 240° F. We then pour it out onto thick marble slabs to cool down. A dose of Raspberry Flavoring is tossed in to give it a subtle yet noticable amount of Raspberry flavor. The end result is an employee favorite that is known to be one of our smoothest flavors.
