Two Chile Аgrumаtо Olive Oil

We make this vibrant chile oil from our estate grown Frantoio olives, co-milled with organic Fresno and Sweet Rush chiles from Borba Farms in Aromas. Crushed together during milling, the chiles infuse their fresh, fruity heat into the oil while preserving the balance and richness of the olives. The result is a deeply aromatic oil with a subtle heat that builds gradually to a medium intensity, and is endlessly craveable. Bright and fragrant, it carries the softness of a later harvest olive with the zing of fresh red chiles. It’s our go to for finishing roasted vegetables, drizzling over pizza, or adding a spark to anything that usually calls for chile flakes. Limited production; available while it lasts.
