This will not work with the Holosun 508T This filler plate is for the Sig P226 or P229 with the Romeo 1 Pro slide cut only. The purpose of this plate is to "fill" the gaps on your slide optic cut when mounting an RMR footprint optic. This plate will provide more reliability when installed by distributing the recoil forces more evenly throughout the slide vs having all forces directed toward the screws with out it.
