Its self-closing door stays open at 120 degrees, opens on cartridge-style hinges, and is designed with a painted aluminum door handle. Operators can remove the door easily for servicing and cleaning, and for a positive seal, a magnetic gasket is attached to the door. Standing on 6-inch casters, the Beverage-Air UCF27AHC commercial undercounter freezer can be moved easily for expedited cleaning and restocking. Its two epoxy-coated steel wire shelves facilitate even airflow around product and its door can be reversed to accommodate various arrangements.
