The splashed back dart frog is a good-sized dart frog (~4-5 cm) from the Brazilian tropical lowland forests south of the Amazon river. They are bold and do well in groups. Breeding can be sporadic for this frog with seasonal lapses. Our parents have solid lemon yellow on their backs, and solid black on their legs and bellies. All-in-all a vibrant addition to any frog collection!
