I based my painting on a construction worker's view of the iconic confluence of three branches of the Chicago Rive. The view looks toward the bridges and Lake Michigan. This is a never-to-be-seen-again view since the building is now complete and no one will be able to stand in this spot unencumbered again.  What a beautiful city!
