Fajita Steak Quesadillas & Queso

Details Marinated with garlic and a hint of lime, tender strip steak is fire-grilled and seared to perfection. Generous portions of thinly sliced steak combined with Monterey Jack cheese are stuffed in  6" flour tortillas. Place in a nonstick pan to grill the quesadillas until brown.  The juicy slices of steak become smothered in warm creamy cheese. Enjoy!
