Details Simply "southern", yet healthy is how we described our honey oven baked, crispy chicken. We brine our chicken breast then soak in buttermilk with a dash of pure honey, lemon zest, and lightly dredge in seasoned flour, pan fry in canola oil just to crisp the outside. We finish cooking in the oven and serve with creamy homemade mashed potatoes, roasted brussels glazed with maple syrup butter and bacon, country gravy on the side. YUM! Preparation Trays are oven and microwave friendly. Microwave: Remove sleeve, lift the corner of film, place on microwave plate, microwave for 2 minutes or until hot, cut film away from corner edge with knife, and remove.
