
Tex Mex Shredded Beef Tacos with Queso and Salsa
Details We start with beef chuck roast, rub in Mexican seasonings and slow cook in a mild chipotle adobo sauce and pico chutney. Three grilled flour tortillas are loaded with tender beef, pico chutney, and topped with Mexican cheeses. Served with white queso and salsa packets Preparation Microwave: Remove sleeve, lift the corner of film, place on microwave plate, microwave for 2 minutes or longer until hot, cut film away from corner edge with knife, and remove.
