FUFUKI-ADOPTING OC ：KING PENGUIN （kemono style）（Deposit for early adoption）

He is the King of the Cocoon Kingdom. He has been called King Penguin because of his body shape. He oversees the foreign affairs. When attending diplomatic conferences, he often amused others by his wobbly walk.  He/She is currently not open for adoption, open for adoption can wait for notification via ins and the adoption fee is $10000. Postage is not included and is the responsibility of the buyer. You can contact me via Instagram (Instagram: fufuki2022) for more information before the adoption opens (such as if you can be its adopter, because kig style full body costumes are complicated to make, so I need to know if I can make it for you), and after you know that I can make it for you, you can prepare to adopt it. Once the adoption is open, the adopter will need to pay half of the adoption fee as a deposit ($5000) through the website, and the person who pays the deposit will be his/her adopter.
