10. Vibration Analysis for Motor Repair Shops

This course is designed for the Vibration Analyst who is certified/not certifed Level I or not certified Level II and has some analysis experience (6 months to two years), but wants to have comprehensive training in how to understand the spectral data to the Level II equivalency specific to AC and DC Motors and Gearboxes that are repaired or sent to Motor Repair Shops. This class may be of interest to managers who do not want their analysts to have certification but want the essential training. The Class is presented in an Unbiased Format, Generic to Industry Hardware and Software Products. This is a ÒHands-onÓ course in part. Attendees are encouraged to bring their own Instruments and PdM Software, although this is not a requirement. The Instructor will provide several in-class Demonstrations and the Class will go into the Shop to take data when feasible or to observe Hands-on demonstrations by key personnel as part of an Exercise to Support and Emphasize Important Vibration Spectru
