One is located directly in the village of Wolxheim; the other climbs up a steep hill and is exposed Southeast. While receiving overall less light, the latter is privy to consistent winds that lend a unique freshness to the wine. More traditional Riesling nose, with yellow fruit, stone and petrol. Mineral on the palate, again yellow fruit, now
