Harvest: By hand,  September 12, 2023. Vinification: 7-day, whole-bunch maceration. Spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts. Aging on fine lees. No fining or filtration.  Aging: 6 months in Alsatian foudre Sulfur added: None Notes: A light and bright Pinot Noir with bright cassis, supple tannins, slight smoke and uplifting acidity. Easily drinkable alone or with food; good aging potential.
