A vibrant, high-spirited Cabernet Franc by Alexandre Wallimann and Manon Lavaud. 60 year-old vines on clay limestone soils in Saint-Nicolas-de-Bourgueil, certified biodynamic for over 20 years. Destemmed, 12-day maceration, with the addition of approximately 5% of "L'Assistant" rosé. Aged eight months in 225L barrels. Bottled June 15, 2023. Two barrels total, 550 bottles made.
