Autumn, Hidden Falls by Sage Phillips

Sage Phillips (b.2000, Champaign, Illinois) is an emerging visual artist based in Minneapolis, specializing in oil painting. Their work explores fantastical realms within the animal and natural world, and have been described as “emotional telepathy.” Sage attended Earlham College from 2018 to 2020 and earned a BFA from the Minneapolis College of Art and Design in 2022. They were the poster artist for the 2024 Stone Arch Bridge Festival and featured on MNArtists and Voyage Minnesota. Their work has been exhibited at Silverwood Park, Izaak Walton League of America, and A-Mill Artist Lofts. Sage is also a recipient of the Van Derlip Award. Oil on board 11 x 5.5 inch 2024
