Design + Textiles THURS

 Here we have a full semester planned to explore the world of design! Grab a journal and jump right in for so much adventure with fabric. Below is a list of skills we will focus on for the semester,  Create a patchwork design, upcycle projects, design and construct your own skirt, proper cutting techniques with textiles, recycle denim projects, embroidery tutorials and projects, print making and ice dye, costume design, sewing machine anatomy, overlock machines. Grades 4th + *Pre Req- Intro to Sewing.  *Student brings their own standard sewing machine and supplies.  15 week course, August 29th to Dec 19th Class offerings: 9:30-11am, Thursdays weekly Supplies: Students will bring their own crochet hook and yarn.
