Monday, September 22, 6pm-8:30pm  Baklava and Kunafa with Muhannad Nasab from al Rahman Market and Kebab & Gyro House $85 per person We are very excited to introduce Muhannad Nasab. Muhannad is from Haifa, Palestine and has been cooking professionally for over 25 years. He is a Restauranteur and Market owner here in Colorado Springs and is bringing his expertise to Gather! In this class Muhannad will talk about the ingredients and techniques needed to make two of the best Arabic Sweets: Baklava and Kunafa, and then he will demo how to make each one. After that, each group will make their own tray of either Baklava or Kunafa!  This is a hands-on class. This class is taught in our 2x4 format – we’ll split up into 4 groups of 2 and each twosome will make either 1 tray of Baklava or 1 tray of Kunafa.  This class is vegetarian.  On the menu:  Walnut Baklava  Kunafa with Cheese
