Saturday, October 5th, 2pm-5:30pm Soft Pretzel Workshop with Cortney - $100 per person It’s the perfect time to learn how to make soft, chewy, homemade pretzels! In this class we’ll teach you how to make a high-altitude friendly pretzel dough. Practice the classic twist or make easier pretzel bites. While we wait for our dough to rise, we’ll also make Wisconsin Beer Dip – a game day must have and a Cream Cheese Dip for our sweet bites! This is a hands-on class. This class is taught in our workshop format. Each group of 2 will make all of the recipes and share the bounty! This class is vegetarian.
