Sunday, March 23, 2pm-5:30pm Tamale Time with Cortney - $85 per person It’s hands-down our most popular class! In this class learn how to make masa, fillings, fill corn husks, wrap and more! We also make a delicious red sauce AND green sauce that you have to taste to believe. This is a hands-on class – all hands in!  This class is taught in our 2x4 format – we’ll split up into groups of 2 and each twosome will tackle one recipe! This class is gluten free.
