Thurs, Sept 4: Green Chili, 4-Ways, 6pm-8:30pm

Thursday, September 4th, 6pm-8:30pm  Green Chili, 4-Ways with Cortney - $79 per person  Cortney’s never met a green chili that she doesn’t like!  And in this class we’ll be whipping up four different styles of this Colorado & New Mexico staple. Highly debatable, everyone has a “right” way that green chili should be.  Well, not us!  We’re an equal opportunity lover of all green chili, and this class might just convert you to our way of thinking.  Whether you add pork or potatoes, whether you think it should have tomatoes or not, we’re going to explore every way we can to expand our minds and out palates.  It’s a full celebration of this classic southwestern favorite. This is a hands-on class taught in our 2 x 4 format where each group of 2 makes a different recipe and then we all share a family style feast!  On the menu:  Dave’s Pork Green Chili  Cortney’s Pork Green Chili  Pork Green Chili Stew (this means potatoes!)  Classic Vegetarian Green Chili  Gather Cornbre
