Tues, Oct 29: Sourdough Starter (Daytime Class)

Tuesday, October 29th, 10am-1pm Sourdough Starter with Niki - $85 per person Have you always wanted to learn how to use sourdough starter (but are a little afraid of bread)?  Of do you have an excess and are always looking for creative ways to use it?  Then Niki has a class for you! In this class she will talk you through all of the ins and outs of sourdough and how to care for it.  Plus, you’ll learn four unique ways to use your starter. This is a hands-on class. This class is taught in our 2x4 format – we’ll split up into groups of 2 and each twosome will tackle one recipe. Plus, Niki will send you all home with a jar of starter of your very own!
