Wednesday, January 29th, 6pm-8:30pm Curries From Around the World with Dave - $80 per person “Curry” dishes are not just limited to India. In this hugely flavorful class, we are going to talk about the spices and how different cultures adapted their cuisines to include dishes we now regard as “curries”! Each of these curries are unique unto themselves and we will talk about how these dishes took on their variations from foundations that started in other countries. This is a hands-on class.
