Wednesday, November 12th, 6pm-8:30pm  Easy Entertaining Appetizers with Cortney - $79 per person  Here come the holidays, with a side serving of stress! Let us ease some of the pressure from holiday gatherings with EIGHT easy appetizer recipes.  Spend less than 20 minutes on each recipe and throw together starters that everyone is sure to love on your next buffet table.  This is a hands-on class. This class is taught in our 2x4 format – we’ll split up into groups of 2 and each twosome will tackle one recipe.  On The Menu:  Bacon Wrapped Dates Stuffed with Almond Paste/ Cheese & Cracker “Pies”  Chicken Satay Skewers with Peanut Sauce/Rice Paper Pizza Bites  White Bean & Preserved Lemon Dip with Homemade Crackers/Mascarpone Stuffed Strawberries  Mini Burger Sliders/Mini Cauliflower Ranch Bites
