Wednesday, September 17th, 10:30am-1:30pm Knife Skills & Ratatouille with Dave - $75 per person If you want to be an amazing home chef, you have to have great knife skills. In this class, you’ll learn knife safety skills, how to best utilize the knives in your home block and what functions they are designed to perform, basic cutting techniques: dicing, slicing, chopping, mincing, and the best methods for cutting onions and bell peppers. Then you’ll use the vegetables you cut to make the classic French dish, Ratatouille! This is a hands-on class taught in our 2 x 4 workshop format where each group of 2 will practice knife cuts and then make their own Ratatouille recipe. This class is vegetarian.
