A vintage Seisakusho Japanese Eyedropper Fountain Pen with a Parley 14K Gold Flex Nib. The nib is stamped with the JIS registration number 3231, which was registered to the company Ishikawa-Kinpen Seisakushô which belonged to the Japanese nibmeister Kato Kiyoshi. The 14K gold "Parley" nib offers a wonderful flex-nib writing experience. This pen is crafted out of solid hard-rubber, or ebonite, then coated with urushi lacquer. This pen has had the worn out, original cork shutoff valve seal replaced with o-rings.
